Driving along Ngong Road from the City Mortuary round-about heading towards, well , Ngong the mournful siren of what could have been either an ambulance or a police car assaulted my E in ENT. Forever being the law abiding considerate Nairobian, I braced myself to give way as soon as this particular scenario would reveal itself to me. It was thus with surprise when I arrived, so to say, at the scene of siren to find an ambulance with the sirens blaring parked bang in the middle of the road. Somehow it has come to some intimate understanding with a black retro sedan.
